照顾政策 （一）具备下列条件之一的考生，可以在考生统考成绩总分基础上适当增加分数投档，录取与否由招生学校审查决定。加分项目每个考生只能享受一项，符合其中两项及以上者，只享受加分的一项： 1.烈士子女，加10分； 2.在服役期间荣立二等功以上或被大军区以上单位授予荣誉称号的退伍军人，加10分；自谋职业的退役士兵，加10分； 3.归侨、华侨子女、归侨子女、归国藏胞、归国藏胞子女和台湾省籍考生，加10分； 4.边境县所属边境乡镇农牧民子女，加10分； 5.执行汉族录取分数线的其他少数民族考生，加10分； 6.在区内县及县以下基层单位（不含地（市）所在地县及乡镇基层单位）工作十年以上，现仍在县及县以下基层单位工作的正式教师、农牧科技人员、医务工作者或从以上岗位退休的正式职工子女，加10分； 7.门巴族、珞巴族、僜人、夏尔巴人，加10分。 （二）进藏干部、职工在藏工作每满一年（截止时间为当年7月31日），其子女报考普通高校加1分投档。父母双方在藏工作，以工龄较长一方为准，加分不超过30分，录取与否由招生学校审查决定。 在西藏民族大学、驻内地办事处（格尔木办事处除外）工作时间不计入加分。 （三）自治区级“先进双联户”家庭中参加次年高考的考生，加10分。如果考生符合第（一）条规定加分投档条件的，同时又符合自治区级“先进双联户”高考加分条件，两项加分可累加，但其增加的分数不得超过20分。第（二）条进藏干部职工子女工龄加分另外计算。 （四）公安烈士子女报考普通高等学校的，可在有关高校投档分数线下20分投档；生源不足时，报考农业、牧业、林业、水利、水文、地矿等艰苦行业的考生降低20分投档，录取与否由招生学校审查决定。 （五）具备下列条件之一的考生，在同等条件下优先录取： 1.退出部队现役的考生； 2.残疾军人、因公牺牲军人子女、一级至四级残疾军人子女； 3.驻边疆国境县、国家确认的三类地区部队现役军人子女； 4.公安英模和因公牺牲、一级至四级因公伤残公安民警子女； 5.经共青团中央青年志愿者守信联合激励系统认定，获得5A级青年志愿者的，在与其他考生同等条件下优先录取。
In 2019, the policy of taking care of the entrance examination of general institutions of higher learning in Tibet Autonomous Region has been promulgated.
Care policy (1) Candidates who meet one of the following requirements may properly increase their scores to file on the basis of the total scores of the candidates'unified examination, and whether they are admitted or not shall be determined by the examination of the enrollment school. Each examinee can only enjoy one additional item, which accords with two or more items. Only one additional item can be enjoyed: 1. Children of martyrs, plus 10 points; 2. Veterans who have won second-class service or have been awarded honorary titles by units above the Great Military Region, plus 10 points; retired soldiers who seek their own occupation, plus 10 points; 3. Returned overseas Chinese, children of returned overseas Chinese and returned Tibetans. 10 points for returned Tibetan children and Taiwan provincial candidates; 4. 10 points for children of farmers and herdsmen in border towns and townships affiliated to border counties; 5. 10 points for other ethnic minority candidates enrolled in the Han nationality admission line; 6. 10 years of work in grass-roots units (excluding those located in counties or cities) within the district and below, and still in grass-roots units under counties and counties. Official teachers, scientists and technicians of agriculture and animal husbandry, medical workers, or children of formal workers retired from above positions, plus 10 points; 7. Menba, Loba, Dai and Sherpa, plus 10 points. (2) Every year when cadres and workers entering Tibet work in Tibet (the deadline is July 31 of that year), their children will be registered for the entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities and filed in a minute. Both parents work in Tibet, whichever has a longer working life, and the additional score is not more than 30 minutes. The admission is decided by the school. Working hours in Tibet University for Nationalities and Mainland Office (except Golmud Office) are not counted as bonus points. (3) Candidates from "advanced dual households" at the autonomous region level who take part in the next year's college entrance examination shall receive an additional 10 points. If the examinee meets the criteria of adding grades and filing in Article (1) and also meets the criteria of adding scores in the college entrance examination of "Advanced Dual Households" at the autonomous region level, the two points can be accumulated, but the added scores shall not exceed 20 points. Article 2 The working-age bonus of the children of cadres and workers entering Tibet shall be calculated separately. (4) Children of public security martyrs who apply for the entrance examination of ordinary institutions of higher learning may file at 20 points below the filing score line of the relevant institutions of higher learning; when the source of students is insufficient, the number of candidates who apply for the entrance examination of agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry, water conservancy, hydrology, geology and mineral industries shall be reduced by 20 points, and the admission shall be determined by the examination of the enrollment school. (5) Candidates who meet one of the following conditions shall be given priority under the same conditions: 1. candidates who withdraw from active service in the army; 2. disabled soldiers, who sacrifice their children on duty, and children of disabled soldiers at the first to fourth levels; 3. children of active service soldiers in three categories of military units in frontier counties and areas recognized by the state; 4. heroic models of public security and public security citizens with disabilities at the first to fourth levels due to public service sacrifices. Children of police officers; 5. Those who have obtained 5A level youth volunteers through the joint incentive system of the Youth League Central Youth Volunteers'Trustworthiness are given priority under the same conditions as other candidates.
